Delete your SentientMate account.
Deleting your account permanently removes your SentientMate data.
Delete in the app
Open Settings. Under Data & Privacy, select Delete Account. In the “Delete account permanently?” dialog, select Confirm to permanently delete your account and data.
Request deletion outside the app
Email hello@sentientmate.com from the email address associated with your SentientMate account. Use the subject line “Delete my SentientMate account.”
If you no longer have access to that email address, contact us at the same address and include the details needed to verify account ownership. We will not delete an account until ownership is verified.
What we delete
We delete your account, profile, companion settings and images, chats and messages, Rizz Coach data, and usage records associated with your account. In-app account deletion removes this data immediately.
Limited retention
SentientMate does not retain deleted account data. Payment transaction records are handled by Apple or Google and are governed by their respective policies. Deleting your SentientMate account does not cancel an active store subscription.
