Acceptance

By accessing or using SentientMate, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SentientMate. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

Subscriptions and billing

SentientMate may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play settings.

Pricing may vary by region and is displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Taxes may apply. Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google policies.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use SentientMate for personal, non-commercial purposes.

User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By using the service, you grant SentientMate a license to process your content solely to provide and improve the experience.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not reverse engineer or attempt to access source code.

AI content disclaimer

SentientMate provides AI-generated responses for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not medical, legal, or professional advice. Always use your own judgment.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect users or the service.
