SentientMate Terms of Use

Acceptance

By accessing or using SentientMate, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SentientMate. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

Subscriptions and billing

SentientMate offers a metered free experience and may offer auto-renewing paid subscriptions. Free access may include ads, including rewarded ads, and is subject to usage limits. Paid access provides the benefits shown on the purchase screen while the applicable entitlement remains active.

• SentientMate Lite - monthly auto-renewing subscription.
• SentientMate Plus - monthly auto-renewing subscription.
• SentientMate Plus 3-Month - auto-renewing subscription billed every three months.

The purchase screen displays the price, currency, billing period, included benefits, and any applicable offer before you confirm. Store-displayed terms control your purchase. Prices and taxes may vary by country. We do not offer a trial unless the purchase screen expressly states one.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period unless you cancel through the applicable store before renewal. The store may charge shortly before the new period begins. You can manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period; it does not usually refund the current period. Refunds, billing disputes, and price-change notices are handled under Apple or Google policies and applicable law. Deleting SentientMate or your account does not cancel a store subscription.

RevenueCat helps validate purchases, restore access, and determine subscription entitlements. RevenueCat does not set the price charged by Apple or Google and does not receive your full payment card details.

Usage limits and service changes

Free and paid plans may include different limits for chats, Rizz Mentor interactions, images, voice, live features, models, or other resource-intensive capabilities. Limits may be measured by day, month, billing cycle, or fair use and may vary to keep the service reliable and economically sustainable. Current benefits and material limits are shown in the app or purchase flow.

We may adjust non-material limits, model availability, or feature capacity as technology and service costs change. We will not materially reduce a paid subscription's recurring value without notice or where store consent is required. Features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, provider limits, safety controls, or events outside our reasonable control.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use SentientMate for personal, non-commercial purposes.

User content

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and adapt that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and provide SentientMate. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit text, photos, screenshots, recordings, or information concerning another person.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use AI output generated for you. AI output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar output. Your use of output is at your own discretion and responsibility.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not use SentientMate to harass, threaten, deceive, stalk, manipulate, or pressure another person, or to ignore their lack of consent or interest.
• Do not upload intimate, private, or confidential content without authorization, or attempt to identify sensitive traits from a person's image.
• Do not reverse engineer or attempt to access source code.

AI content disclaimer

SentientMate provides AI-generated responses for informational and entertainment purposes. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or outdated and are not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice. SentientMate does not guarantee relationship outcomes, compatibility, safety, or that another person will respond. Respect consent and boundaries, verify important information, and use your own judgment.

Account deletion

You may delete your SentientMate account through Settings or use our account deletion page. Account deletion is permanent. It does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, so cancel recurring billing in the applicable store first.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect users or the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SentientMate is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or guaranteed results. SentientMate and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as SentientMate, our plans, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. We will provide additional notice where required.

Apple standard EULA

If you downloaded SentientMate through the Apple App Store, the Apple standard EULA applies in addition to these Terms. You can review it here: Apple Standard EULA.
